Didn’t love an item as much as you thought you would?  No problem!  Just contact us via email at [email protected] with “Return” in the subject line within 10 days of receipt and let us know.  We will authorize your return and you can ship it back to us within 7 days of authorization at your cost.

Defective Merchandise

Did an item arrive damaged or have a workmanship problem?  Contact us via email at [email protected] with “Defective Merchandise” in the subject line within 10 days of receipt and we’ll let you know how to send it back to us at our cost.  All parts sent must be returned in order to receive a refund.  If it can be fixed, we will do so instead of issuing a refund and send it back to you for no additional charge.
